On June 10, HXIT, in partnership with Ping An Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd. Hubei Branch, held the opening ceremony for the joint class named "Spark Pilot Class" . Thirty-three students from the Class of 2027, majoring in Automotive Service Engineering in the HXIT’s School of Intelligent Manufacturing, were selected for the inaugural cohort. Through a customized collaborative education model, they have secured job placements in advance, realizing direct employment upon graduation.

At the ceremony, Vice President Li Cai stated that HXIT remains committed to its application-oriented positioning and deep engagement in industry-education integration. This customized corporate-sponsored class, co-developed by the HXIT and the company, integrates real business processes and industry operational standards into daily instruction, fulfilling the goal of "Enrollment Equals Employment."

The "Spark Pilot Class" features a three-stage model of "intensive training, on-the-job internship, and final defense," supported by an online learning platform and one-on-one mentoring by corporate instructors. The program focuses on core skills in intelligent claims processing and damage assessment, while also offering structured career advancement pathways. At the event, both parties jointly unveiled the "Spark Pilot Class" and the "Claims Industry-Education Practice Base."

Qi Hongfang, Dean of the School of Intelligent Manufacturing, described the collaboration as a landmark achievement in HXIT's tailored talent cultivation. Moving forward, the two sides will jointly develop specialized curricula and co-deliver instruction, aiming to establish a benchmark for industry-education integrated talent development.
